We build the systems and the workforce behind them.
TryCycle is a full-service company that helps Indigenous governments, Veteran organizations, health systems and community partners create new pathways to employment, support and evidence. Indigenous partnership remains central to our identity, while our operating model can also support inclusive programs serving Indigenous and non-Indigenous populations.
We are serving 52 clients today across Canada and the United States.
A workforce-first model means local partnerships can scale across provinces and into the U.S. without losing the human connection that makes support trusted.
Technology should strengthen human connection
The people we serve may be frightened, hesitant, embarrassed, angry, isolated or distrustful of institutions. A platform alone cannot earn their trust. Human connection can.
TryCycle’s technology creates a safe and scalable way for people to find one another. Our teams and community partners create the trust, cultural relevance and accountability that make the connection meaningful.
Our role is to do the heavy lifting
Participating communities should not have to become software operators, recruiters, trainers or data analysts to create a new service. TryCycle provides the infrastructure and operational support required to launch, manage and continuously improve each program.
- Communities help identify the people and priorities that best represent them.
- TryCycle recruits, screens, trains, supports and manages the workforce.
- Our platforms create anonymous and non-anonymous pathways appropriate to different needs.
- Partners receive secure access to their own program data and community insights.
Our history
Before creating our own platforms, TryCycle spent more than 15 years delivering software and data solutions for major health, professional and public-sector organizations. We now apply that technical experience to purpose-built services grounded in lived experience, community partnership and Indigenous data sovereignty.
