Invest in people.
Build stronger communities.

TryCycle creates and operates connected workforces that transform lived experience into paid employment, trusted access to support and partner-owned evidence. Indigenous partnership and Indigenous-to-Indigenous service are at the centre of our work, while programs such as Ontario Legion Health extend accessible care pathways to Veterans and broader Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities.

What we do

We are more than a software company

Software is one part of what we provide. TryCycle is a full-service partner that recruits, prepares and supports the people behind the platforms; operates the technology and service infrastructure; and returns meaningful, partner-owned insight to participating communities.

  • Software licensing, secure hosting and technical support
  • Recruitment, screening and onboarding
  • Training, education, mentorship and workforce support
  • Program operations, quality assurance and safety oversight
  • Community dashboards, reporting and data services
People helping people

The connected workforce

Our vision is to build an international Indigenous workforce of part-time Peer Advocates with diverse lived experiences, languages, cultures and community knowledge. Every participating First Nation, Métis Settlement and Inuit organization adds new people, new perspectives and new capacity to the network.

The result is meaningful choice. An anonymous guest can connect with someone who understands the experience that brought them forward without having to identify themselves or speak first to someone they know.

How the model connects.

One connected system

Community workforce links meaningful employment, stronger local capacity and partner-owned data so each part of the model reinforces the others.

Community value

The 370% Community Value Framework

A community investment should create value in more than one place. TryCycle’s model is designed to deliver four distinct forms of community value at the same time.

~70%

Direct workforce investment through compensation, recruitment, screening, training, education, professional support and, where applicable, accreditation.

100%

A community Peer Advocate workforce made up of Indigenous people, with its work focused on supporting Indigenous communities and members.

100%

A net-new service layer that creates an anonymous entry point and expands access beyond the capacity and operating hours of existing teams.

100%

Ownership of partner-specific program data and de-identified community insights generated through the partnership, as governed by agreement.

Together, these commitments form the 370% Community Value Framework. It is a way of showing how one investment can generate multiple layers of value not a promise of a 370% financial return.

People-first employment

Lived experience becomes a qualification

TryCycle creates flexible opportunities for people whose experience is often overlooked by conventional hiring systems including people in recovery, people with criminal records where role requirements permit, survivors of residential or day schools, human trafficking or domestic violence, Two-Spirit and LGBTQ+ people, Veterans, and others who have navigated difficult life experiences.

Peers use what they have survived to help someone else feel less alone. Many describe the work as an opportunity to pay it forward to turn a painful part of their story into empathy, connection and purpose.

02 / OUR SOLUTIONS

Four ways in.No wrong door.

Platforms tailored to the people, places, and moments where meaningful engagement begins.

Community partnership

Invest in us so we can invest in your people.

TryCycle partnerships are built around community capacity not software consumption. Partners choose how many paid Peer Advocate roles they want to create and which local priorities the program should reflect. TryCycle provides the infrastructure required to turn that investment into a safe, reliable and measurable service.

Let’s build capacitytogether.

Tell us who you want to support, the communities you serve and the outcomes you want to create. We will help you shape a transparent workforce, service, technology and data model around your priorities.
